Basic Yoga Poses

Dog Stretch Head Down
This pose strengthens the legs and ankles, relieves stiff shoulders, and gently stimulates the nervous system. Dog Stretch Head Down
Dog Stretch Head Up
Dog Stretch Head Up This pose rejuventates the spine, opens the chest allowing deeper breathing, tones the abdominal muscles and strengthens the arms shoulders.
Triangle

Warrior 1 This pose strengthens the back and abdominal muscles. It also improves digestion and relieves back pain and sciatica. It strengthens and stretches legs, ankles, and hips.
Tree
This pose tones the legs, stretches the hips and improves your sense of balance. Tree
Bow
Bow This pose strengthens the spine and abdominal muscles. It ensures healthy circulation and stimulates the pituitary, pineal and thyroid glands.
